This Refund Policy explains how returns and refunds are handled on Propr - Shop.
1. Eligibility
The right to return an item, the time-window available, and the condition required for a return depend on the product type and on the applicable consumer-protection law. The exact conditions for your order are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation.
2. Items typically excluded
The following are generally not eligible for return once delivered:
- Personalised or made-to-order items
- Digital downloads after first access
- NFTs, tokens, and other on-chain assets once transferred to your wallet
- Perishable, hygiene-sensitive, or sealed items where the seal is broken
3. How to request a return
To start a return, email contact@propr.xyz with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with instructions.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. For cryptocurrency payments, refunds are issued in the same asset at the amount paid in that asset, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Shipping costs
Unless the return is due to a defect or our error, return shipping is at the buyer's expense.
